Numerical Comprehension Test

The Numerical Comprehension Test provides insight into a candidate's ability to understand, interpret, and analyse numerical data and mathematical information presented as tables, charts, or graphs, requiring candidates to draw accurate conclusions and make predictions or comparisons.

It consists of 8 unique sets of numerical data, each followed by 4 related questions, for 32 questions to be completed in 16 minutes. The test is highly relevant to roles that involve numbers, data analysis, or financial information, such as financial analyst, data analyst, and accounting positions.

These are the practice questions a candidate sees before the Numerical Comprehension Test starts. Have a go — the answer and an explanation appear after each one. Nothing is recorded.

Each segment has a number value (points). The White & Black segments (both narrow and wide) are single value. The Outer Ring is double the value and the Inner Ring is triple. The Green Outer Bullseye in the centre is 25 points and the Red Inner Bullseye is 50 points.
