Coffee Machine Lease

Parties

(1) Bean There Supplies Ltd (“Lessor”)

(2) Perky Startups Inc (“Lessee”)

This lease agreement (“Agreement”) entered into on 3 March 2024, by both Parties, outlines that:

• The Lessor leases the Lessee a Model X200 Espresso Machine (“Machine”) for a monthly fee of £120 (“Fee”).
• The Lessee agrees to use only Lessor-approved coffee beans in the Machine.
• The Lessor is responsible for maintenance and repairs, provided the Lessee reports faults within 48 hours.
• The Agreement runs for an initial term of 12 months, renewing automatically unless either Party gives 30 days’ written notice.

Grocery Delivery Agreement

(1) QuickCart Ltd (“Provider”)

(2) Maria Gonzalez (“Customer”)

This is a delivery agreement (“Agreement”) between the above Parties, made and entered into on 4 April 2023, where the Provider agrees to deliver weekly grocery orders to the Customer for a fee of £15 per delivery (“Fee”).

Pet Sitting Agreement

Parties

1) Fluffy Friends Pet Care (“Sitter”)

(2) Tom Reilly (“Owner”)

This is a pet sitting agreement (“Agreement”) between the above Parties, made and entered into on 12 july 2023, where the Sitter agrees to caring for the Owner’s cat for a fee of £25 per day (“Fee”).

This is a contract (“Contract”) between Riverside Housing Trust (“Landlord”) and Green Meadow Estates Ltd (“Managing Agent”) dated 3 March 2019. All clause references are to clauses in the Contract.

Clause 6 states that the Managing Agent shall, on behalf of the Landlord:

• collect rent from tenants on the first day of each month;
• arrange routine maintenance within 14 days of a reported fault;
• provide the Landlord with a quarterly financial statement;
• notify the Landlord of any tenant complaint within 48 hours; or
• terminate a tenancy only with the Landlord’s prior written consent.

Clause 9 states that the Cleaning Contractor shall, on behalf of the Client:
