Train Driver SJT

This Situational Judgement Test assesses collaborating with colleagues and customers, performing safely, and performing effectively in scenarios relevant to train driving roles.

Candidates work through 12 scenarios, selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes around 10 minutes, and has been designed with reference to some of the UK's biggest train operating companies for train driver and trainee train driver roles.
