This Situational Judgement Test presents team leadership scenarios covering purposeful engagement, analytical thinking, resource management and professional credibility.

Candidates work through 16 workplace situations, choosing the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes to complete, and is designed for team leaders, first-line managers and supervisors.
