Residential & Home Care SJT

This Situational Judgement Test measures the therapeutic rapport and empathy shown by candidates working in a client's own home, covering communication skills, empathic sensitivity, desire to understand and empathic judgement.

Candidates work through a simulated care shift involving four elderly clients, with four linked scenarios per client (16 steps in total), ranking response options from most to least appropriate at each step. It is designed for roles focused on providing care for others, including residential and home care, social work and nursing.
