This Situational Judgement Test assesses purposeful engagement, creating clarity, driving peak performance and professional credibility in scenarios relevant to paralegal work.

The assessment presents 16 scenarios, with candidates selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. It is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes, and is designed for trainee paralegals and paralegals; SJTs of this kind are used by major law firms during recruitment.
