This Situational Judgement Test measures the therapeutic rapport and empathy shown by candidates in a hospital setting, covering communication skills, empathic sensitivity, desire to understand patients and empathic judgement.

Candidates work through a series of scenarios faced during rounds with four patients, with four linked scenarios per patient (16 steps in total), ranking response options from most to least appropriate at each step. The test is designed for individuals in nursing roles, particularly in hospital settings.
