This Situational Judgement Test presents scenarios that managers and supervisors typically encounter, covering motivating others, business decision-making, maximising team performance and professional credibility.

Across 16 workplace situations, candidates select the most and least appropriate response from four options. The test is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes, and is aimed at supervisors, managers and leaders across a range of industries.
