This Situational Judgement Test assesses purposeful engagement, analytical rigour, driving peak performance and role modelling in scenarios relevant to senior financial services roles.

Candidates work through 16 scenarios, selecting the most and least effective response from four options for each. It is untimed and typically completed within 10 minutes, and is designed for roles such as associate directors and directors in investment banking, VPs and principals in private equity, and investment or asset managers; used for recruitment, promotion and succession planning.
