This Situational Judgement Test assesses working together, seeking solutions, taking the initiative and professional credibility in scenarios common to administrative roles within law firms.

Candidates work through 16 scenarios, selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes about 10 minutes, and is designed for legal administrators, legal secretaries and legal PAs.
