This Situational Judgement Test explores how candidates approach leadership challenges, covering inspirational leadership, strategic decision-making, change management and acting as a role model for organisational values.

The assessment presents 16 leadership scenarios; for each, candidates select the most and least effective response from four options. It is untimed and typically takes 10-15 minutes, and is tailored to leaders, senior managers and managing directors from middle management through to executive roles.
