This Situational Judgement Test assesses purposeful engagement, creating clarity, driving peak performance and professional credibility in scenarios relevant to legal practice.

Candidates work through 16 scenarios, selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes, and is designed for trainee and newly qualified solicitors; SJTs of this kind are used by major law firms as part of recruitment.
