This Situational Judgement Test assesses teamwork, problem-solving, meeting performance expectations and professional integrity in scenarios relevant to early-career roles.

Across 16 distinct situations, candidates choose the most and least appropriate response from four options. The test is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes, and is aimed at graduates and emerging talent across a range of industries.

You are writing new content for your company’s website to advertise the intern programme to prospective candidates. Your manager should approve all new content before it is published, but you have just found out they are off sick. Your deadline for this work is today and, if it does not go up onto the site, then you will miss the opportunity to attract the best candidates. What do you do?
