Graduate Financial Services SJT

This Situational Judgement Test assesses purposeful engagement, analytical rigour, sustaining peak performance and professional credibility in scenarios relevant to graduate-level financial services roles.

The assessment presents 16 scenarios, with candidates selecting the most and least effective response from four options for each. It is untimed and typically completed within 10 minutes, and is designed for graduate-level roles such as investment banking associates, private equity analysts and asset management associates; top-tier investment firms use SJTs of this kind in recruitment.
