This Situational Judgement Test covers relating to others, customer service and showing initiative in scenarios familiar to many graduates working across facilities and services management.

Candidates work through 12 scenarios, selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes about 10 minutes, and is aimed at early-career facilities management and services management professionals.
