Doctor SJT

This Situational Judgement Test presents realistic workplace scenarios for medical roles, asking candidates to judge how they would respond in each situation.

As with iTestHub's other SJTs, candidates are typically presented with a series of scenarios and asked to choose the most and least appropriate response from the options given; most SJTs of this kind are untimed and take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Results support recruitment decisions through test scores, behavioural interpretation and structured interview guidance.
