Apprentice SJT

This Situational Judgement Test assesses behaviours critical to success in apprentice and intern roles, including purposeful engagement, creating clarity, meeting expectations and professional credibility, alongside communication, problem-solving and teamwork.

Candidates work through 16 scenarios, selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. The test is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes, and is designed for apprentices, interns and emerging talent.
