This Situational Judgement Test assesses relating to others, customer service and achieving outcomes in scenarios relevant to administrative roles.

The assessment presents 12 scenarios, with candidates selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. It is untimed and typically takes up to 10 minutes, and is designed for administrators, secretaries, clerks, executive assistants and personal assistants.
