This Situational Judgement Test assesses purposeful engagement, creating clarity, driving peak performance and professional credibility in scenarios relevant to accountancy roles.

The assessment presents 16 scenarios, with candidates selecting the most and least appropriate response from four options for each. It is untimed and typically takes up to 15 minutes. Major accountancy firms use SJTs of this kind when recruiting apprentice, trainee and newly qualified accountants.
