Type Dimensions Survey

The Type Dimensions Survey is a personality type questionnaire based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types. It identifies a candidate's preferences across four dichotomies, placing them into one of 16 personality types, and is written in positive, constructive language intended for development and coaching rather than screening.

The questionnaire uses a forced-choice format: candidates are shown the start of a sentence with two alternative endings and choose whichever best resembles them. It is untimed and typically takes around 7 minutes to complete, and its output is commonly used to support individual, leadership and team development conversations.
