Talent Dimensions Survey

The Talent Dimensions Survey is a strengths-based personality questionnaire built on the Big Five model. It measures 10 personality traits, paired within five broader behavioural areas: Think, Relate, Achieve, Cope and Engage, covering how a person approaches ideas, other people, goals, pressure and changing situations.

Candidates respond to short statements about their everyday behaviours, preferences and motivations on a 5-point agreement scale. The questionnaire is untimed and typically takes around 7-8 minutes to complete, and results support both recruitment decisions and individual development conversations.
