Verbal Comprehension Test

The Verbal Comprehension Test evaluates a candidate's ability to understand and evaluate written information, providing insight into how well they can work with text-based material.

It comprises 8 topic-based passages, each followed by 4 questions, for a total of 32 questions to complete in 16 minutes. Candidates select an answer from four options based only on the information provided in the passage. The test is often used for customer service, operational, and entry-level roles.
