Inductive Reasoning Test

The Inductive Reasoning Test assesses the ability to analyse information, detect patterns and relationships, and solve problems, using shapes and patterns arranged in incomplete grids.

Each of the 36 items presents a 9-box matrix with one image missing, and candidates choose the correct image from 6 answer options, completing the test in 30 minutes. It is particularly useful for roles requiring logical reasoning, problem-solving with complex or non-routine tasks, and strategic or broad thinking.
