Professional Benchmark 360 Survey

The Professional Benchmark 360 Survey is designed for employees at all levels, not just those in management roles. It measures 4 key competencies, with ratings and comments gathered from the individual's manager and a select group of other colleagues they work closely with.

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete per rater. Statistical benchmarking gives a fair, multi-perspective picture of professional behaviour and performance, supporting development conversations across the wider workforce, not just leadership.
