Manager Benchmark 360 Survey

The Manager Benchmark 360 Survey is designed for junior to middle managerial levels. It focuses on 4 key competencies, with ratings and comments gathered from the manager, their direct reports and other selected colleagues, giving a focused read on core day-to-day management behaviours.

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete per rater. Results include statistical benchmarking, giving organisations an objective, multi-perspective view of management performance to support fairer performance conversations and targeted development.
