The Leader Benchmark 360 Survey is designed for senior managers and leaders. It gathers ratings and comments across 12 key competencies from the person being assessed (self), their boss, colleagues and direct reports, giving a rounded view of leadership behaviour from every level of the organisation.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete per rater. Results are benchmarked statistically, helping organisations compare leadership performance objectively and identify development priorities for senior leadership talent.
